SMS Messaging Terms

• Program description. When you opt in, Credit Joy sends transactional and customer-care text messages, such as appointment reminders, account notifications, and service updates.
• Opt-in. You consent to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our callback form or by providing consent to a Credit Joy representative. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies depending on your account activity.

• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and stop sending you messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
